Hoffer is new board member, considers resignation of Reis

Michael Hoffer was sworn in as a new member of the Reliance Town Board when the group met Tuesday, May 12, at the meeting room of the Legion Hall in Reliance.
Hoffer was appointed to fill the seat of Brandon Bacon, who elected not to run for another term. Mayor April Reis thanked Bacon for his ten years of service to the board.
Maintenance Engineer Scott Schaefer asked that citywide cleanup continue for “another couple weeks.” He cited areas which still needed cleanup.
