Board approves lease extension, discusses grant applications

The regular meeting of the Oacoma Town Board was held Monday, Feb. 17, in Meeting Room #2 of the community center in Oacoma.
Pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1, the floor was opened for public comment. With no comments made, the next item was addressed.
A public hearing was held to consider Resolution No. 2020-02, a resolution of intent to lease public property to a private person.
The current lease with US Hotel ACS Ventures, LLLP at the convention center and parking lot on Arrowwood Resort at Cedar Shore expires on March 10, 2020.
