Members of the Oacoma Town Board first convened as a board of adjustment on Tuesday, Sept. 8, in Meeting Room #1 of the community center in Oacoma.
The meeting was moved from Monday, Sept. 7, due to the Labor Day holiday.
The approval of a conditional use permit and variance were approved for Clinton Peterson for the placement of a 2020 model year, 28-by-60-foot manufactured home on Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 11, Seaman’s Addition, Town of Oacoma. The variance was requested due to the fact that the home will be placed perpendicular to Seaman’s Avenue. Zoning ordinance requires manufactured homes to be placed parallel to the street.
