Board authorizes supplements for budget, considers billboard

Members of the Oacoma Town Board authorized budget supplements and considered a third billboard when the group met Monday, Oct. 5, in Meeting Room #1 of the community center in Oacoma.
Time was reserved for public comments pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1. No comments were made.
The authorization of automatic budget supplements to specific departments for expenditure of federal Coronavirus Relief Fund grant proceeds totalling $7,867.03 was granted. The specified departments in the 101 General Fund are 411.1 Governing Board, supplies – $1,499.85; 414.2, Finance, supplies – $1,405.93; 431, Streets, supplies – $502.59 and 456, Community Center, supplies – $1,364.93 for supplies and $2,088.51 for equipment.
