Board discusses highway matters, election center

Community center updates and lot purchases were items on the agenda when members of the Oacoma Town Board met Monday, May 18, in Meeting Room #1 of the community center in Oacoma.
Time was reserved for public comments pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1. No comments were made.
An update on the community center roof project was given. Finance Officer Val Moore explained the roof of the gymnasium, not the metal work, is on track to be “mostly” complete by May 19. Additionally, the metal work was projected to be completed within the next two weeks.
