Oacoma Town Board —
Board issues nuisance declaration

Members of the Oacoma Town Board held a special meeting on Tuesday, April 7, in Meeting Room #1 of the community center in Oacoma.
City Attorney Nathan Schoen participated via speaker phone during a portion of the meeting.
An executive session was called pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-2 (6). Upon reconvening to open session, board members declared Marvin M. Gakin a public nuisance under Oacoma Ordinance No. 95-1, Section 5.01 (a), effective immediately.
