Members of the Oacoma Town Board considered a resolution on an occupancy fee and accepted a resignation when the group met Monday, March 2, in Meeting Room #2 of the community center in Oacoma.
Following the approval of the previous minutes, the floor was opened for public comment pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1. With no comments given, the board proceeded to address the business of the day.
Gerald Wickstrom was present on behalf of the Chamberlain-Oacoma Gun Club to discuss the trap range road. He explained the road is in need of a culvert as well as gravel following the previous year’s unusual level of rainfall.
