Lyman County Commissioners —
4-H youth advisor, highway superintendent address commission

The board of Lyman County Commissioners met in regular session in the conference room at the Lyman County Courthouse in Kennebec on Feb. 4.
The auditor’s account, register of deeds and clerk of courts fee report for January were reviewed.
The auditor’s account showed cash on hand at $1,043.75; checks in treasurer’s possession less than three days old, $26,870.38; BankWest checking, $22,520.79; BankWest savings, $2,785,526.87; First Dakota Bank CDs, $213,309.58 and Dakota Prairie CDs, $664,410.47 for a total of $3,713,681.84. General Fund amounts came to $2,045,503.56; Special Revenue Funds: Road and Bridge Assigned, $1,119,447.33; Secondary Road Reserve, $18,221.99; 911 Fund, $14,986.39; fire, $68,412.17; emergency management, $8,021.77; domestic abuse, $210; 24/7 sobriety, $17,427.32; Register of Deeds M&P, $38,338.32 and Trust and Agency Funds, $383,112.99. Of this amount, the following entities received – State of South Dakota, $68,279.76; school districts, $251,699.35; cities and towns, $29,435.67; townships, $6,734.24; South Central Water District, $188.46; West River/Lyman-Jones Water District,
