Board offers contract, accepts resignation, discusses e-learning

Members of the board of education for Kimball School District #7-2 offered a contract, accepted a resignation and discussed e-learning when the group met Monday, April 13, in the middle school science classroom, Room 116, at the school in Kimball.
Business Manager Eileen Kroupa and Board Members Brent Leiferman, Megan Miller and Lisa Pazour were available telephonically.
Under open forum, Activities Director Stephanie McCord introduced discussion on a Build Your Base With Beef program. She noted this was the third year of the pilot program and presented the guidelines of participation in the program. An on-line application would need to be completed and the program would be implemented with the football athletes. Financial help is also given, shared the activities director, with funds allowed for meals before or after games. The deadline to apply is May 1.
