A remand hearing was held Thursday, Aug. 13, in the west community room of the Brule County Courthouse in Chamberlain to hear testimony regarding a drainage issue.
Deputy State’s Attorney Deach Koch provided background information on the case, noting the Brule County Commissioners, acting as a drainage board, had indicated Surat Farms of Bijou Hills had obstructed a drainageway.
