Council calls emergency meeting to discuss COVID-19

An emergency meeting of the Kimball City Council was called for Friday, March 27, at the city finance office in Kimball.
The purpose of the emergency meeting was to discuss the COVID-19 or Coronavirus.
Council Members Harold Bickner and Jesse Baker were available via teleconference as well as City Attorney Theresa Maule Rossow.
