Jensen discusses Empower, Duba, Yeaton address issues

Paula Jensen discussed an Empower program and Claudia Duba and Todd Yeaton addressed issues when members of the Kimball City Council met Monday, Aug. 17, at the finance office in Kimball.
In the absence of Mayor Wayne Tupper, Council President Harold Bickner presided.
