Purchase of water meters and replacement of city equipment topped the agenda when members of the Kimball City Council met Monday, July 20, at the finance office in Kimball.
A portion of the meeting was held for citizen input, of which there was none.
Jim Urban of Milbank, representing WinWater, presented information on water meters. The representative outlined each feature and brought samples for council members to see the meters up-close.
