Brosz engineer provides information on study of streets

Brosz Engineer Blake Harms of Sioux Falls addressed members of the Kimball City Council in regards to a study conducted on the City of Kimball.
The engineer was present at the Monday, Sept. 21, meeting of the Kimball City Council held at the finance office in Kimball.
Harms outlined street surface evaluations, a ten-year maintenance plan, funding and a bird’s-eye view of projects.
