Council discusses veterans memorial, water rates, building permit fees

The veterans memorial, water rates and building permit fees were part of the agenda when members of the Kimball City Council met Monday, Feb. 17, at the finance office in Kimball.
In the absence of Mayor Wayne Tupper, Council President Harold Bickner presided.
Ron Falor was present to address the veterans memorial. He explained he checked into the history of the memorial, when the last names were etched in the stone and attempted to find minutes from the Legion and the memorial building committee to see what direction the plan was intended.
