Council makes changes to RLF loans, city accounts, lists summer hires

Members of the Chamberlain City Commission met Monday, April 6, in the council chambers of the city offices in Chamberlain.
Commissioners Hannah Ruhlman and Monte Claussen were available telephonically.
Both Mayor Chad Mutziger and Commissioner Clint Soulek cited a conflict of interest with discussion on summer hires.
