Board discusses bylaw changes, gala, membership

The bi-monthly meeting of the Chamberlain-Oacoma Chamber of Commerce was held Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the community center in Chamberlain.
Discussion started with a recap of the Gala event held recently. Board Member Patty Johnson suggested placing inserts in the newspaper as “not all are on-line or have Facebook. We need to reach a lot more people and we need to start earlier. Otherwise, I think it went really well.”
Board Member Stephanie Swanson suggested doing the awards either before or after the entertainment.
