Chamberlain City Commission —
Board meets for equalization matters, conducts public hearings

No appointments were scheduled as the Chamberlain City Commission opened as a board of equalization Monday, March 16, in the council chambers of the city offices in Chamberlain.
At 6:10 p.m., a public hearing was held for the issuance of license for the sale at retail of malt beverage and South Dakota farm wine and a transfer. The transfer was from Agtegra II, North Park “C” Store for package off-sale liquor to T & G LLC, North Park “C” Store and T & G LLC is also applying for a new package retail on-off sale liquor and South Dakota farm wine license. This was granted. City Engineer Greg Powell stepped out of the discussion as he is a member of T & G LLC.
