The regular meeting of the board of education for the Chamberlain School District #7-1 was held Monday, May 11, in the middle/high school media center at the school in Chamberlain.
During the public comment period, Stephanie Altamirano thanked the individuals who were responsible for taking the time to do the follow-up on the first year freshmen transportation committee. It helped put her “at ease.” She encouraged the board to keep in mind the needs of the community in regards to the transportation and will continue to advocate working with the board.
Superintendent Dr. Debbie Johnson said they are at the end of the year, the last week of the school year. She will put out a call on School Messenger Tuesday, May 12, reminding parents what’s going to happen at the end of the week.
