Chamberlain Board of Education –
Board reviews policies, accepts resignations, tables vehicle purchase

Policy review, resignations and tabling of the purchase of vehicles highlighted the agenda when members of the board of education for Chamberlain School District #7-1 met Monday, Aug. 24, at the middle/high school library in Chamberlain.
A thank you was extended to members of the former River Country Players, a theatrical group which provided entertainment through plays for community members years back, for their donation of $3,814.84. The funds will be forwarded to the fine arts department of the school district.
Under personnel, the resignations of Mary Beth Pullen, who had served the district as a kindergarten paraprofessional for 26 years and Bobbi Sperl were accepted.
