Highway department presents reports, board decides on appointments

Members of the Buffalo County Highway Department presented reports and the board of Buffalo County Commissioners decided on appointments when the group met Tuesday, Jan. 7, at the courtroom of the Buffalo County Courthouse in Gann Valley.
The board opted to keep the chairman and vice-chairman positions the same, with Lloyd Lutter as chairman and Donita Loudner as vice-chairman.
When discussing the highway report, Glenn Mayer, from the audience, asked if Highway Superintendent Kenny Wulff “contacts the landowners before he goes into the snow gates.”
