Highway superintendent discusses Red Lake, water problems

The board of Brule County Commissioners met Tuesday, Aug. 4, in the west community room of the Brule County Courthouse in Chamberlain.
A period of time was allotted for public comment, with none being heard.
Highway Superintendent Mike Schlaffman said he and Chairman James Nesladek met with representatives from the Department of Transportation and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources via teleconference recently concerning Red Lake and the water problems on the south end of town.
