Board discusses highway matters, Feltman talks about Purple Heart designation

The board of Brule County Commissioners met Tuesday, Sept. 22, in the west community room of the Brule County Courthouse in Chamberlain.
A period of public comment was held and left open throughout the meeting, with none being given.
Highway Superintendent Mike Schlaffman said the conference he put a request in for in Rapid City Oct. 20-22 has been cancelled with no proposed make-up date.
