Advance To State Tournament

Members of the Kimball/White Lake Nationals Amateur Baseball Team earned a spot through the South Dakota Amateur Baseball Association District 3 Tournament to advance to state. The state tournament for Class B will run Aug. 5-16 at Cadwell Park in Mitchell. Kimball/White Lake will square off against Larchwood at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8. Team members include, from left, back, Zach Wallner, Joe Hieb, Dylanger Pierson, Jordan Hanten and Javen Holan and front, Jesse Kroupa, Ryan Smith, Brian Zeman, Trent Wookey and Wesley Kroupa. Not pictured are Tanner Warren, Seth Kirsch, Dylan Mohnen, Ty Namanny, Chris Konechne and Caden Lenz. Also representing District 3 will be Plankinton, who will face Dell Rapids Mudcats at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3; South Central versus Garretson at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, and Four Corners versus Clark at 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9.
