​Douglas Dale Adams, 72, of Moorcroft, WY, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, at Close To Home Hospice in Gillette,WY.
“Today as I think about the end of my journey being in the not too distant future, I feel no need for a funeral service with all its obligations. I do not want any funeral or any viewing of any kind.
Everyone who cares, knows what I look like. Just remember our time together, the love, laughter and sharing. If you feel you must do something in my memory, show someone preferably a child, some extra kindness.”
Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Lyla Mae (Olson)Adams of Moorcroft,WY; a son, Douglas Ray Adams of Gillette,WY; a daughter, Jody Lyn Adams of Gillette,WY; two granddaughters, Nadia Rae Adams of
Gillette, WY, and Breezielyn Mae Adams of Gillette, WY; two brothers, Larry Adams and wife, Linda of Pierre, SD, and Danny Adams and wife, Cheri of Pierre, SD; a sister-in-law, Nola Maxon of Chamberlain, SD, and
several nephews and nieces.
Walker Funeral Home of Gillette,WY, was in charge of arrangements.
