Working different jobs over time, her longest career was a daycare in her home where she cared for hundreds of kids over the years. She cherished the children and took great pride in decorating her home for all holidays and seasons, much to their joy. She dedicated over 40 years of her life to helping raise so many kids with her famous goulash and octopus cut hot dogs.
Carole loved life to the fullest and enjoyed celebrating her Irish heritage.
She had a wonderful sense of humor, quick wit and made those around her feel so very loved.
