Lyman County Commissioners —

Board reviews contract, right-of-way, policy updates, radio system

Members of the board of Lyman County Commissioners met in regular session in the conference room of the Lyman County Courthouse at Kennebec on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
The auditor’s account and register of deeds fee reports were approved for November of 2019.
The auditor’s account showed cash on hand as $1,140.66; checks in treasurer’s possession less than three days old, $23,905.63; BankWest checking, $34,564.41; BankWest savings, $2,852,799.44; First Dakota Bank CDs, $212,715.26 and Dakota Prairie CDs, $663,783.11 for a total of $3,788,908.51. General Fund amounts came to $2,157,766.33; Special Revenue Funds: Road and Bridge Assigned, $957,481.34; 911 Fund, $19,695.95; fire, $64,704.03; emergency management, $18,025.09; domestic abuse, $155.00; 
24/7 Sobriety, $16,449.32; Register of Deeds M&P, $38,114.09 and Trust and Agency Funds, $538,554.62. Of this amount, the following entities received – State of South Dakota, $58,592.53; school districts, $404,120.24; cities and towns, $34,001.60; townships, $7,721.75; South Central Water District, $232.76; West River/Lyman-Jones Water District, $2,365.26 and Lyman County Ambulance

District, $14,925.18 for a total of $521,959.32.
